Lighthouse Cottage is on the A87, which is the main trunk road bisecting Skye South to North. Just 12 miles North of Portree it is located on the right hand side (EAST side) in the settlement of Earlish. Earlish is 2 miles South of the ferry port UIG where ferries sail to the Outer Hebrides.
Some SatNav devices will want to encourage you off the A87 into the village of Earlish – resist this. Stay on the A87 and look for the Cottage sign.
